We do the ground work

• We’ll be prepared for meetings with you. We’ll turn up to meetings on time having read your file and, in some cases, having already discussed with you what you want the meeting to achieve.
• We’ll find out what you expect. When we first meet we’ll determine your needs and expectations across many areas such as, what you want to achieve, when you need it done, what you expect to pay and how you want to be billed.
• We’ll explain what we do. During our first meeting we’ll also explain the steps involved in working with you and what results you can reasonably expect.

We communicate

• We use plain language. We keep our communication with you simple and clear.
• We’ll use a reporting system that suits you. You determine how often and in what format we report to you.
• We keep you in the loop. We’ll send you regular newsletters and articles on legal developments of interest to you.
• We’re contactable. Our effective messaging system ensures that even when you can’t talk to your adviser immediately, your message does get through.
